Happy November beautiful!

I recently did a bit of soul searching and realized that when I went off to college something change. Life became completely consumed with deadlines and simply surviving. A few (haha jokes ... more like many) years have passed since then and not much has really changed. Granted I'm now married and own my own little company but life somehow is still the same and that's not okay. Don't get me wrong. I absolutely LOVE my family and my job but I want to live with more intention. I want to plan a meal that I know is going to taste wonderful and not just grab food because "ya gotta eat", right?!

I'm a firm believer that if you're not the most satisfied with something you can change it at any point. Every moment is a new opportunity to change and craft the legacy you want to live and leave. So as we enter this month of thanksgiving I wanted to share my personal thoughts for you to reflect on and encourage you to do the same.

Here is my little list of things I would like to do this month to foster more intentional living in my life.

  1. Bake a pie with a unique crust. Side note I'm truly rubbish at baking!
  2. Check in then turn off my phone on Thanksgiving day.
  3. Have some spiritual time. For me this is going to church.
  4. Go on a true hike.

Believing that true life changes work best when you take baby steps in the right direct, we will start with just these four. I'll let you know how everything goes at the end of the month. But for now, please let me know what things you'd like to work on, what your word is, etc. for November. Like I'm not joking here people. Don't make me use my ginger powers!!!! Send me an personal email or leave a comment below.

If you would like I will be sending out a newsletter on November 15th with a little gift for your Thanksgiving table.
